삼산2동-마인드엔 심리센터, 정신건강 증진 업무협약 연장 체결

인천시 부평구 삼산2동은 9월 12일 동 행정복지센터에서 마인드엔 심리상담센터와 저소득 주민의 정신건강 증진을 위한 업무협약을 연장 체결했다. 이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 지난해에 이어 ‘내 마음 톡! Talk!’을 1년 동안 연장해 추진하기로 했다.

‘내 마음 톡! Talk!’은 아동·청소년 3명, 성인 2명 총 5명의 저소득 주민이 지역 내 심리상담센터에 방문해 정신건강 상담을 받는 프로그램이다. 전문상담사는 주민 1명당 10회의 상담을 제공하고, 필요시 주의력 집중검사와 성격유형검사, 외상 후 스트레스 검사 등 5종을 무료로 지원한다.

김성태 마인드엔 심리상담센터 대표이사는 “이번 기회를 통해 정신건강에 어려움이 있는 이웃들에게 도움이 될 수 있어 오히려 감사하다.”고 말했다.

강인숙 삼산2동장은 “저소득 주민들의 정신건강에 지속적인 도움을 주시는 후원자께 감사하다.”며 “앞으로도 주민들의 몸과 정신 모두 건강할 수 있도록 찾아가는 복지사업 추진에 더욱 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.

한편, 마인드엔 심리상담센터는 지난 1년간 삼산2동 내 복지사각지대 주민 4명에게 재능기부로 정신건강 상담을 실시했다. <조완경 기자>
